Healing happens in connection.

When life feels overwhelming or uncertain, it can feel hard to know how to move forward.

Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and discover new ways of relating with yourself and others.

Relationships shape our lives.

We are always navigating connection — within our families and communities, in the wider world, and in our own hearts and minds. Sometimes, we’re relating with intention and sometimes, we’re on autopilot.

Learning to approach our inner landscape with curiosity and vulnerability sets us on a path that can shift our lives and relationships in ways we never thought possible.

We all need a little help to light the way.

I’m so glad you’re here!

Hi! I'm Carly (she/her). I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, adjunct professor, and supervisor to therapists-in-training. Working with intimate partners and helping people navigate relationship dynamics is at the heart of my life’s work.

I believe in individual and collective healing and liberation for all people through trauma-informed relational work that honors everyone’s unique experience.

I use methods like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family System (IFS), attachment theory, and somatic practices that encourage self-compassion and open us to transformational connection.
